Official Notice of 2020 Kendall County Democratic Primary

Democratic Party of Kendall County

The Secretary of State has issued the official notice of the Democratic Primary Elections in Kendall County, including dates, times and locations for early voting and election day.

Early voting

For this election, early voting will be available only at the Courthouse Annex, 221 Fawn Valley Drive in Boerne, at the following dates and times:

  • Tuesday, February 18, 2020: 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Wednesday, February 19, 2020: 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Thursday, February 20, 2020: 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Friday, February 21, 2020: 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Saturday, February 22, 2020: 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Monday, February 24, 2020: 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Tuesday, February 25, 2020: 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Wednesday, February 26, 2020: 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Thursday, February 27, 2020: 7:00am-7:00pm
  • Friday, February 28, 2020: 7:00am-7:00pm

Election Day

Our Primary Election Day will occur on “Super Tuesday,” March 3, 2020. On Election Day, polls will be open from 7:00am-7:00pm, and voters can choose to vote at any of the following locations throughout Kendall County:

  • City Hall (Training Room): 447 N. Main Street, Boerne, Texas 78006
  • Morningside Ministries (The Overlook): 1150 Grand Blvd, Boerne, Texas 78006
  • Bergheim Volunteer Fire Department: 1 Old Curry Creek Road, Bergheim, Texas 78004
  • Burdick Community Center: 119 Old San Antonio Road, Boerne, Texas 78006
  • Kendall County Fairgrounds (New Hall): 1307 River Road, Boerne, Texas 78006
  • Kendalia Community Center: 2610 FM 473, Kendalia, Texas 78027
  • Boerne Bible Church: 1026 E. Blanco, Boerne, Texas 78006
  • Sisterdale Community Center: 2 Sisterdale-Lindendale Road, Sisterdale, Texas 78006
  • Comfort Baptist Church: 100 Amber Drive, Comfort, Texas 78013
  • Waring Fire House: 11 Waring Road, Boerne, Texas 78006
  • Nineteen:Ten Church: 130 FM 1376, Boerne, Texas 78006

    Meanwhile, I’d really encourage you to take a look at http://vote411.org from the League of Women Voters. Click “Find What’s on Your Ballot,” then enter your address. You’ll be able to see all the races on your ballot, and profiles of each candidate — including their answers to questions from the League on critical issues in that race.
